摘要:
在综合考虑了目前瓯江河口段洪水作用、人类活动、地质特点的基础上,按照边坡坡度、主槽离堤距、主槽冲淤幅度和岸滩底质4个因素,参考国际上通用的风险评估方法,将瓯江河口温州段两岸岸滩进行风险度等级评估,分为风险度较高、一般和较低3个等级,并对岸滩风险度较高的河段开展堤塘稳定性复核,分析结果可为水行政主管部门进行河道管理、堤塘安全性监测提供依据。本评估方法可应用于其他冲淤变化剧烈的河道堤塘。
Abstract:
In this paper, considering the effect of the flood,human activities,geological characteristics,the risk evaluation is carried out for he Wenzhou reach of the Oujiang estuary in accordance with the four factors such as the slope,distance of channel from bank,range of erosion and deposition of channel and bank sediment and with reference to the international general risk evaluation methods.The bank is divided into high risk,middle risk and low risk.Dyke stability is checked for reaches with higher risk.These analytcal results can be provided basis for the river management department and dyke safety monitoring.This evaluation method can be applied to other sea dyke with scour and silting frequently.
