摘要:
长系列资料连续性分析是水文水利计算的重要基础。随着经济社会发展和自然环境的变化,近年来许多站点水文监测环境经常受到不同程度的影响,测站控制明显改变,水文资料连续性遭到破坏。以浙江省国家基本水文站为例,选取水位、流量2个特征指标,针对各站受环境影响的不同情况,灵活、综合运用水准点考证、水尺零高考证、水位沉降改正、水准基面统一转换、系列转换延长等方法,提出一套实用的水文系列资料连续性分析方法集;以期为今后开展类似的水文系列资料分析提供方法借鉴与参考,并为全省流域水文特性分析、工程设计计算、防洪规划编制、防汛预报调度、水资源利用保护、最严格的水资源管理及生态文明建设,夯实水文信息基础、提供科学的数据支撑。
Abstract:
The continuity analysis of long series of data is the primary prerequisite and important basis for hydrologic calculation. Taking the national basic hydrological stations in Zhejiang Province as examples, this paper proposed a set of practical methods for continuity analysis of long series of hydrological data, using water level and flow as two characteristic index and integrating methods of bench mark textural criticism, zero draft research, water level settlement correction, unified conversion of level base surface and series conversion extension. The study aims to consolidate the hydrological data foundation and provide scientific data support for such work as river basin hydrological characteristic analysis, engineering design and computation, flood control planning, flood control forecasting and dispatching, water resource protection and management, the most stringent water resource management and ecological civilization construction in Zhejiang Province.
