摘要:
超长钢板桩的常规插打法和平台施打法在施工过程中均会产生桩顶高程偏差和垂直度偏差,严重影响钢板桩的施工质量。以温州市瓯飞一期围垦工程北1#、北2#水闸钢板桩围堰为例,结合现场施工条件,介绍海上插打超长钢板桩施工中的偏差原因,并对原因进行分析,对各类纠偏技术进行研究,提出合理纠偏技术,在施工中取得良好成效。
Abstract:
In construction of super long steel sheet piles, the conventional inserting method and platform inserting method inevitably lead to pile top elevation deviation and perpendicularity deviation, seriously affecting the construction quality of steel sheet pile. Taking the steel sheet pile cofferdam of No. 1 North and No. 2 North sluices in Phase I Ou-fei Reclamation Project as examples, based on the on-site construction conditions, this paper introduced and analyzed the deviation reasons of super long steel sheet at sea, discussed several correction methods and proposed reasonable correction technologies, which performed well during construction.
