摘要:
在研究奉化江潮汐特征、泥沙淤积、江道深弘高程变化及平面摆动情况、径流和洪水特征变化的基础上,分析奉化江目前存在的淤积、堤脚冲刷、两岸防洪排涝等一系列问题及危害,提出局部河段切滩清淤、堤脚防冲加固,加强河势监测,健全巡查检查机制,开展堤防安全预测预警和改进两岸排涝调度等一系列综合措施。
Abstract:
Studying the tidal characteristics,sediment deposition,elevation changes and migration width of thalweg,runoff and flood characteristics of the Fenghua River,this paper analyzes a series of problems and hazards such as the silting,embankment erosion,flood control and drainage problems in Fenghua River.It puts forward a series of integrated measures such as dredging river and reinforcing embankments in local sections,strengthening river monitoring,strengthening inspection mechanism,carrying out embankment security forecasting and early warning and improving drainage arrangement across both sides of the Fenghua River.
