摘要:
根据暴露在强感潮环境下6根RC梁的水工混凝土实验,测定了不同深度处的自由氯离子浓度,并依据Fick第二定律计算了火成岩纤维水工混凝土的氯离子扩散系数,分析了火成岩纤维掺量对水工混凝土抗氯离子性能的影响。结果表明,暴露时间为1 140 d的水工混凝土均存在明显的氯离子对流区,其对流区厚度为4~8 mm。在水工混凝土中掺入火成岩纤维,可降低氯离子扩散性能,提高水工混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀能力。在一定范围内,火成岩纤维的掺量越大,提高效果越明显。
Abstract:
According to the hydraulic concrete of 6 RC beams exposed to the strong tidal environment,a series of free chloride ion concentrations are measured in different depths.Based on Fick’s second law,the diffusion coefficients of chloride ion are calculated and the influence of igneous rock fiber volume fraction on the resisting chloride ion’s erosion property of fiber reinforced hydraulic concrete is analyzed.The results show there are obvious convective regions of chloride ion ingress in the hydraulic concrete beams whose exposure time reach up to 1 140 d,which thicknesses are 4~8 mm.It can lower the diffusive property of chloride ion to add igneous rock fiber in hydraulic concrete and improve the resisting chloride ion’s erosion property of hydraulic concrete.In a special range,the larger fiber volume fraction,the better improvements.
