摘要:
针对悬浮物抽滤实验过程中的关键问题,设计多组对比试验,分析影响实验结果的主要因素,并提出建议:①滤膜的恒重处理至关重要,为溶解滤膜上的可溶物质,浸泡时应使用足量的蒸馏水;②滤芯孔径过大会导致滤膜的微孔拉伸过度,选择滤芯时须考虑滤膜的孔径;③不同厂家生产的滤膜的微孔孔径存在差异,使用时须慎重选择。
Abstract:
To address key issues in suspended solids filtration experiments,several comparison tests were designed to analyze major factors affecting results. Suggestions were put forward as follows:① It is crucial to ensure the constant weight of filter membrane.In order to dissolve the soluble material on the filter membrane,a sufficient amount of distilled water should be used when soaking;② A large pore size of the filter will lead to the excessive stretching of the membrane micropore.The bore diameter of filter membrane should be considered when choosing the filter;③ As there are differences in the pore size of the membrane produced by different manufacturers,the filter membrane should be selected with prudence.
