摘要:
平原地区水利工程建设,导致长系列水位资料序列不具有一致性,使得不能直接采用实测水位频率分析法计算设计水位。为了解决这一问题,根据水利工程建设阶段,紧扣暴雨量不随水利工程建设变化的规律,采用一元线性回归分析法,将水位资料序列进行修正还原,并应用于桐乡市崇福镇的水位计算中。结果表明,桐乡市崇福镇面暴雨量与相应水位涨幅相关关系为极显著,此法可基本消除水利工程等人为因素导致的资料序列的不一致性,方法简单可行。
Abstract:
The construction of water conservancy projects in plain areas leads to inconsistent long series of water level data, so the design water level could not be calculated directly by measured water level frequency analysis method. To solve this problem,a linear regression analysis method was adopted to modify and restore the water level data series according to the construction stages and rainstorm which was unaffected by construction.The method was applied in the water level calculation for Chongfu Town in Tongxiang City.Results suggest a significant relationship between rainstorm and water level increase.The method can basically eliminate the inconsistency caused by water conservancy projects and other human factors.It is simple and feasible with strong operability and credibility.
