摘要:
为获得受通航和河道安全限制的大型排涝泵站最优运行方案,采用二维水力计算模型分析河(航)道安全运行边界流量,并采用漫垸网河准二维与一维混合数值模型分析泵站遇20 a一遇降雨条件下的多种运行方案排涝效果。结果表明,降低泵站控制起排水位的同时,采用多机组合排涝流量接近河道安全运行边界流量的运行方案排涝效果最佳、河道和航运安全影响最小。按上述方法建立排涝泵站不同降雨频率和雨型的运行方案库,为防汛排涝决策提供技术支撑。
Abstract:
In order to obtain the optimal operation scheme of large drainage pump station limited by shipping and river channel safety,two-dimensional hydraulic calculation model was applied to analyze theriver channel safe operation boundary flux,and the mixture numerical model of overland braided stream with quasi-two dimension and one dimension was utilized to study the drainage effect of various operation schemes in the heaviest rainfall in 20 years.As the result shows,the operation scheme in whichthe starting level for drainage of pump station is lower,multi-set combination is adopted,and the drainage flux is closed to theriver channel safe operation boundary flux,has the maximum total displacement and minimum influence on river channel and shipping safety.According to above method,scheme library of different operations for drainage station is established based on different rainfall frequency and pattern,thus to provide technical support for the solution of flood control and waterlogging.
